What’s Going There? #WGT Vision Source 1305 Tree Swallow Drive Winter Springs, FL
Vision Source will soon be opening a newly constructed optometrist office in the heart of Winter Springs’ town center district. The two-story office building is located at the northeast corner of Tuskawilla Road and State Road 434, just north of McDonalds. The 10,000 square foot office will sit on a 0.80 acre lot, which will be accessed via Tree Swallow Drive and include over 30 surfaces parking spaces. Building plans were quickly set in motion after the site was purchased by Fisher Eye Properties on March 17th, 2023 for $575,000, or $16.50 per square foot. Construction for the site is expected to be completed by the end of April 2025.
