Congratulations to the University of Florida team on their 3rd Place finish at the Appraisal Institute’s 2026 University Valuation Case Challenge in Nashville! The Challenge included submissions from more than 20 universities with real estate degree programs. Sixteen of the university teams were invited to Nashville to present their proposed development plan for a site in Memphis, TN. The 20-minute presentations were made to a panel of designated Appraisal Institute members, and every one of them showed up well prepared.
A tip of the hat to the Final Four: UMass Amherst (1st), Virginia Tech (2nd), University of Florida (3rd), and University of Houston (4th).
Valtrust, represented by Senior Managing Director Ryan Zink, MAI, was proud to be represented on the judging panel.
