Central Florida will soon be home to the newest Lifetime athletic country club. The international fitness company is currently constructing an 85,000 square foot multi-story gym and fitness center in Winter Park, at the southwest corner of Monroe Avenue and Bennett Avenue, just west of Orlando Avenue. The 5.11-acre site will include 12 outdoor pickleball courts, and a multi-story parking garage which will house approximately 500 parking spaces. The designs for the center are primarily based off Lifetime’s Palm Beach Gardens location, however, the Winter Park location will be significantly smaller.
The multi-story fitness center will provide club members with amenities beyond that of a standard gym, with features such as an in-house café and coffee bar, alcohol service, multiple indoor and outdoor resort style pools, various indoor and outdoor sports courts, spas, and even a hair and nail salon. Lifetime will also include a daycare center and kids club where children of any age can enjoy supervised playtime, leaving parents free to attend one of the many free instructed classes offered, or make use of the cedar wood saunas and adjoining cold plunges for some hot-cold therapy. With an estimated completion year of 2026, Winter Park will become the sixth Lifetime athletic country club in Florida, offering the residents of Orlando more than just a luxury gym alternative, but an entire lifestyle center.
